Tony Horton did an interview and makes it super simple when thinking about your diet. This isn’t just for P90X…it can be for Insanity, ChaLEAN or any other program you’re currently doing.

Tony says it perfectly in the video. Try to choose foods that have 1 ingredient and stay away from the processed stuff in boxes and bags. (Like Doritos or Corn Chips)

Obviously…there a some good things that come in bags…like Shakeology. But…you need to use common sense and know what you’re consuming. If you follow this simple concept..your results will show.
