Well…I made it!

I made it to the recovery week and now I’m getting ready for round 2 of Insanity. I can’t believe it’s been over 4 weeks since I started this journey.

I shot a quick video that explains what to expect in Week 4 and some of the challenges I was faced with. Plus…a few tips to help anyone get through this INSANE workout routine.

I feel better than ever and I can’t wait to get started on my round 2. But…the recovery week is no joke. You’re still working your butt off and sweating like crazy. I LOVE IT!
