I wanted to film one of the Insanity Warm-Up routines to give everyone a taste of what it’s like. It’s INSANE and that’s why it’s called Insanity.

I also had a calf that was hurting from Week 1, but I didn’t let it stop me. You have to fight through sometimes and like Shaun T says…Dig DEEPER!
