help_get_in_shapeWhen Jimmy and I decided to start this blog and create YouTube videos, we didn’t know who we would be talking to directly. All we knew at the time is that we loved to talk about fitness and found ourselves just wanting to help others when we could.

We knew that if we had these struggles and questions along our fitness journey, there had to be others like us that had similar struggles and questions.

I wanted to shoot a quick video and write this short blog post to really reach out and connect. At the time of writing this post, we have about 1,600 YouGetRIPPED subscribers and that’s AWESOME!

We know that’s a small crowd for the internet, but we don’t care. We want to help and connect with each and everyone of those subscribers. (You)

We want to know more about you and what you struggle with the most. We want to focus our videos and posts to answer and target your problems, so we can actually make a difference.

We got this idea after Jimmy had a talk with his older son. He’s in his early twenties and wants to lose weight and GET RIPPED! Jimmy asked him the other night, what is it that makes you stop or never get started. He answered quickly and said…MOTIVATION!

The solution to his problems is…he needs to be connected with a group that can push him and help him when he needs it. That’s what YouGetRIPPED is all about.

You see…the big problem for a lot of us is figuring out the reason WHY we are trying to lose weight or build muscle. For some it may be to look better or improve their health. I don’t know what your WHY is, but we can help you find it.

If you are trying to lose weight, you need to find out WHY you over eat. We can show you what to eat and how much, but you need to know what makes you want to over-eat. For some it can be stress…for some it could be depression and for some it could be poor planning and inconvenienced. We grab what is easy…Right?

Dig Down Deep

I want you ask yourself…WHY you want to get in shape or lose weight. I want you to ask yourself WHY you can’t get started and lack Motivation.

Once you figure out the WHY…the rest is easy. Well…it’s not easy, but at least you will know how to focus on your weaknesses. That’s what we want to help you with. We want you to email us after you ask yourself these questions and say…Hey…Scott and Jim I Figured Out My WHY!

We also plan on creating more videos of what we’re doing for training and dieting, but we also want to create videos and posts that answer your questions. This will not only help you, but everyone else that reads or listens.
