In this video I walk you through everything I eat on a daily basis and share some of my secrets I discovered along the way. I used this same Nutrition Schedule when I did Insanity and P90X.

The only difference is that I adjust my calories up or down depending on my goals. If I’m trying to loose some body fat I use the 1,900 calorie schedule. Currently I’m trying to add some mass and still keep my body fat at around 7% to 8 %, so I’m eating between 2,900 to 3,200 calories.
