This sandwich is only about 300 calories…with the flat bread.

Jim’s Breakfast Sandwich

  • 4 Egg whites (leave 1 yolk in if you like)
  • Chopped peppers – about 1/8 cup
  • Chopped tomato – about 1/8 cup
  • Chopped spinach – about 1 cup
  • 2 – Turkey bacon slices
  • 1 – Wheat sandwich flat bread

BIG TIP: You should be eating 5 to 6 meals per day. No matter if you’re trying to gain muscle or loose weight. Your body needs to be running around the clock.
