This is a pretty common question. “Is Insanity Workout Hard?”.

After watching the infomercial on TV many times (Late At Night)…I have asked myself that same question TOO!

Now after completing 46 days (at the time of writing this blog post) I can honestly say…Yes, it’s Hard, but anyone can do it. You may just need to modify some exercises and go slower than the group. The one thing Scott and I have both learned though our Insanity journey…is to JustĀ  Do Something.

If you can’t keep up…press pause or just take a short break. As long as you press play…you will do more than putting it off and never getting started. Just Do IT!
