This was week #5 and it’s the recover week for Insanity. I have to say…it was still a pretty good workout everyday. I was sweating after each workout and I burnt a bunch of calories. Now…I’m getting ready for Week #6 were things get really INSANE!

I shot this quick 3 minute video explaining what to expect and a few tips that got me through and on to week #6. The funny thing is…I’m more excited now then when I first started. I’m addicted 🙂
