OK…we’re heading down the home stretch and I just finished week 6 of Insanity. Now it feels like this is just a way of life. My diet and nutrition is dialed in and my workouts are hard, but not as hard as day 1.

I have realized that this is a lifestyle change and you’re not only getting in shape, but you’re retraining your mind.
