Here’s a quick video of my Week #2 Fit Test for Insanity. This is a workout all by itself and it’s HARD!

But…every exercise I improved on. You have 1 minute to do as many as you can. It’s important to write down your numbers so you can compare and push yourself for the next fit test.

I always feel like the fit test is a BIG Game I’m competing in and I push myself HARD!
