When I first started INSANITY my main goal was to Loose Weight! So, like everyone else…I would weigh myself and see how I did every week. Then once I started trying to gain muscle mass with P90X, I soon learned that you need to pay close attention to your body fat percentage to see how much muscle you’ve gained vs how much fat.
