One of the biggest frustrations for people when getting fit…is shedding that stubborn belly fat. It doesn’t matter if you have 20% body fat or 12%…it all comes down to these 3 simple steps to create a flat stomach.

I was shocked to hear in this video that the stomach is the easiest part to tone and shed fat. After I finished Insanity I went from 20% body fat to about 10 or 12%. But…I still wanted that 6 pack. So…I kept following these 3 simple steps and now I’m at 7% body fat and continuing to maintain it even through my Bulking Phase.
