I found this picture the other day and I think is says it all. I’ve always been a BIG fan of finding ways to remind myself…How To Stay On Track. These 3 words are a Big Game Changer …if you follow them.

I, personally am going to print this out and put it where I can see it EVERYDAY! When working out and trying to achieve our goals…we need to find ways to motivate us to stick to the plan.¬†

This isn’t new stuff, but it is still very powerful.

First Step- Write down your goals and then Focus on a plan to achieve them. At times it won’t be easy and it will take a huge amount of discipline to succeed. But…when you do this, you will experience GROWTH!

I don’t mean just Muscle Growth…I mean personal Growth. Once you see results…it usually gets you excited and helps you stay Focused and Disciplined.

So…I think everyone should write these words down or print this image out and hang it somewhere so you see it EVERY Single Day!

Like I said…this isn’t just about¬† working out or loosing weight…it’s about Growth in you as a person.

I hope you take my advice here and try to live by these words. It’s a Game Changer.

Now…get out there and Do IT!
